THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHERS' FLOW EXPERIENCES AT WORK AND PERCEPTIONS OF PERSONAL RIGHTS

The aim of this research is to determine the flow experiences teachers while working and their perceptions personal rights relationship between them. Correlational survey model was used in research. population consists 24710 Kocaeli 2021-2022 academic year. sample group selected by simple random sampling method. A total 450 teachers, 182 men 268 women, constitute “ Flow Experience Scale”, adapted into Turkish Turan Pala (2021), Erdem (2010) “The Scales Primary Secondary Education Teachers' Participation Personal Problems Given” data were collected accordance with permissions obtained using google form.
